Hey Y'all, so recently there have been some really good beauty related coupons in the weekly mailer. Also many  of my local drug stores have been running awsome sales on the same products. Soo..coupons and sales?? Cant beat that!!

In the paper there was a coupon for $3 off any purchase off two Herbal Essence or Aussie products. In walgreens they were having a sale where if you purchased any Two Herbal Essence or Aussie products you would earn  $3 in register rewards (which is just like cash). Basically with coupons and store sales i was able to buy both of these products for $3.00. Walgreens was also in the process of marking down many other make-up products to put on the clearance shelf. That is where I was able the two-pack of Great Lash mascara. I dont know if you can see from the picture, but both mascaras were priced at $1.99. I had a coupon from the paper for $1 off any Maybeline products. Ok so make sure your keeping up!

Also pictured is a Loreal True Match Foundation that was on sale for $2.49. and not a Milani Face Powder that was priced at $1.87.

Soo lets add everything together..

Herbal Essence Mouse: 3.00
Aussie Hair Spray: 3:00
Mascara: 1.99
Foundation: 2.99
Face Powder: 1.87

Total w/o tax = 12.85
- 3.00 coupon
- 3.00 register reward
= $6.85!!!!!

1 Year Post Relaxer

After a fresh co-wash these are the beautiful curls I see. I love to see the progess my hair has made over the past year. As you can see I still have my relaxed ends; Im just not ready to do the big chop yet. The only issue I have is getting my hair to remain curly after drying. I guess I should invest in some of those expensive natural now. But anyway I just wanted to share my progress. :)
